The University of Newcastle is currently advertising a part-time, fixed-term (maternity cover) Assistant Librarian post, based in the Liaison and Academic Services team. The closing date is Sunday 4^th October 2015.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering workshops and other information literacy activities and will provide support for a wide range of information resources and research tools. Applicants should be educated to degree level with a qualification in Library and Information Science or an equivalent discipline, ideally with experience of working in an academic library.
