Hi everyone,

Hope this finds you well.

Over the summer, the Academic Skills Service at Brunel University London have been revamping our online study skills videos aimed at undergraduate students.  The new pages are now live and can be viewed here.  There are a suite of new tutorials relating to the writing process, being critical, structuring, dissertations, and preparing for exams.  All the videos are bite size in length, offering digestible chunks of guidance regarding common academic writing concerns.  There are also a variety of downloadable handouts and activities for students to access.  For first year undergraduates, there is also online content to help prepare them for university life and study with videos introducing them to the assessments and learning styles they will become familiar with.  In addition, the pages include links to a number of services across the university, helping to cohere the information and support available for students at Brunel.

Any feedback regarding the site and videos would be much appreciated.  Also, if there are any useful resources which you can suggest for us to link to, please let us know.

Many thanks and all best wishes,

Danielle
