Dear all,

Following the NAC 2014 conference hosted at the University of St Andrews, a set of papers were put together for a thematic issue of Mineralogical Magazine. I attach the preface.

The papers cover a selection of topics, including the regional mineralisation potential of the Greenlandic NAC, geochemical and geochronology of amphibolite fragments within the TTGs at Ameralik fjord, new petrological and geochemical data from the ‘Brown Dykes’ of the Gardar Provine, and mantle xenolith geochemistry and petrology from the NAC of Scotland.

Papers are available from GeoScienceWorld: http://minmag.geoscienceworld.org/content/current

and will soon also be available from Ingenta.

It may also be of interest to visit: www.bgs.ac.uk/nac2016

where online registration for the next North Atlantic Craton Conference (NAC+ 2016) will shortly go live. See the website for further information on the next conference (21-23 March 2016, Edinburgh).

Thank you for your interest.

Kind regards,

Hannah
