Dear all,

how can I modify parameters of a nifti header in FSL like:

* qto_xyz_matrix
* qoffset_x
* qoffset_y
* qoffset_z
* sto_xyz_matrix

I suppose that adequately changing offset parameters on  qto_xyz_matrix and  sto_xyz_matrix may help to solve the problem below (my former post)...

Thanks in advance,

AE

Hi,

The easiest way is to load the image into FSLView and then type the mm coordinate or voxel coordinate into the relevant coordinate boxes (voxel on left, mm on right) and press return.  This will then show you the location in the image and the corresponding voxel/mm coordinate.

A scripting alternative is to use img2stdcoord or std2imgcoord.

All the best,
Mark

Dear All,

How to match, on FSL, spatial coordinates of a point(in vovels) with arbitrary coordinates in mm?

Thank you in advance
