Dear experts, Before I analyze the DTI (FA) data , I have to present my research goals and ROIs. I would like to visualize only a few white matter tracts (e g., superior longitudinal fasciculus, corona radiate, uncinate fasciculus, corpus callosum) on JHU or MNI 152 atlas (or others). I want to show a different color for each tract without showing non-ROIs. Could you kindly explain how I can do it ? Thank you very much for your help. Mia.
