Hi Diane,
check inside the folder "training", that is created together with the “training_LOO" folder. You should find the txt of the hand labels you provided and some .csv files.
Are all the .csv file (one per subject) there and not empty?
Can you also try to run fix on a single subject using the standard training dataset provided, please?
It doesn’t matter the result, just to see if the normal fix procedure works. If not, look for errors in the following files and let me know what you get:
• <subject.ica>/fix/logMatlab.txt
• <subject.ica>/.fix.log
• <subject.ica>/.fix_2b_predict.log
Hope that helps,
Ludovica

Dear all,

I've run the following command line to train my data

fix -t training -l subj1.feat subj2.feat ....

and I seem to get all output files apart from the actual "training.RData" file.

I do not get any errors. However, my "training_LOO_results" file looks like what's below. Is it supposed to look like that? Does anyone have any suggestions of what the problem might be?

Many thanks,
Diane
