I have got differences between two groups in a range of RSNs I would like to produce graphs of the magnitude Is the following correct for each RSN 1. Create mask of significant dr_stage_3_tfce_corrected t-stat using fslmaths 2. Apply this mask to the dr_stage2.nii.gz file using fslmeants 3. Plot the two groups data Thanks in advance Sanjay
