Hi Cherry,

These files contain the output of each command executed in the dual_regression pipeline. The *.o* files contain standard output, and the *.e* files will contain any errors that occurred. 

If nothing goes wrong, you can safely ignore/delete them. But they will be useful to track down issues when something does not work.

I have been doing dual regressions. They completed with no apparent errors. I have dr_stage1 and dr_stage2 results in the output and I was able to do calculations on them. Yet I found the following files in the output /scripts+logs folder:

There are many files like these. But when I do a cat *.e* or cat *.o* it appears that they are all empty.

Should these files be a concern then?
