This makes sense In the relevant FSL course page http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl-4.1.9/fugue/feat_fieldmap.html they mention three common types of data (complex, two phase images, or real fieldmap image), none of seems to fit my data. What preprocessing steps should I use before using the fieldmap images in feat? Thanks!
