Wonder if anyone could help?

How do your staff and students access their prints once they have sent them to their print queues? Do they go directly to a printer and pick them up or do they have to use a print release station? If so how accessible are they especially for blind users?

We are looking into print release stations but are finding most seem to be touch screen which have obvious issues.
