Hi,

I have just received a request from the Police to provide them with the financial details (benefit claims etc) of Person A. Person A has completed a consent form.

I've never received one of these before. Do I treat it as a subject access request from Person A? Charge £10?
It is a poor request, not even addressed to the Council - just a generic consent form.

Any comments?

Thanks
Steve
