Hi SPMers, I encountered a rather strange error when testing out SPM12's normalization routine on a dataset I have previously analyzed without issue using SPM8. A picture of the problem can be found here: http://i.imgur.com/3vGbX8m.png Any ideas as to what might be causing this problem? The highres, raw functionals, etc. all look good. And as I said I have previously analyzed this dataset using SPM8 with not issues. Any advice on what to check or look into would be greatly appreciated!
