Dear all SPM users,

I am trying to run a pairwise longitudinal registration with SPM12 on my data. I have healthy elderly subjects with baseline and three years structural images and I want to see the grey matter volumetric changes.

I followed the steps posted in this forum but an error message appeared at ImCalc step:

“Item 'Images to Write', field 'val': Number of matching files (0) less than required (1)”. A window opened and said that “Dependency is resolved but not suitable for this item”.
ImCalc produced the c1.*jd image and the batch stopped here. When starting the batch manually, everything works. I have detailed the procedure below.

Someone has an idea ?
Thanks for your feedback, any help would be much appreciated.

1) Run the pairwise longitudinal registration to generate the subject average and Jacobian difference (jd)

2) Segment the subject average, generating c1, c2 and rc1, rc2

3) Use ImCalc to compute c1.*jd by multiplying the Jacobian change rate maps from (1) by the average grey matter from (2)

4) Run Dartel, aligning the rc1 and rc2 images

5) Use Normalise to MNI space

-Used the final 6th iteration template

-Used "many subjects"

-Used flow fields

-Using Preserve Amount

-Used c1.*jd images

6) Run stats
