Dear Professor Henson and Dr Vladimir Litvak:
I wanted to repeat Figure 41.14 ("Group SPM for Faces vs Scrambled power on cortical mesh between 10-20Hz and 100-250ms across all 16 subjects at p<0.05 ,using Individual MNM inversion") in SPM12 mannual.
Using master_script.m downloaded from FTP, I run ''1. Preprocessing MEEG data" and "6. Group stats of individual inversions of IID and GS" in that script（jump nonessential "3", "4" and "5"） . The result was very similar to Figure 41.14.： Fusiform_R( [38 -59 -9],[40,-45,-18])，Occipital_Inf_R [45 -69 -15], Tempoal_Inf_L( [-53 -60 -19] ,[-49,-49,-11],Temporal_Inf_R[47,-12,-33] , etc. By now,I think i repeat the result of Fig 41.14.
However, I encountered one tricky problem when i trying running both “ 3. Sensor-time stats across trials within one subject ” and "6. Group stats of individual inversions of IID and GS" in master_script.m at one time (still jump "4" and "5"). It seems that " 3" will affec the result of "6". More specifically, strange source activities shows at cerebelum_4_5_R [9 -43 -2],Lingual_L [-14 -48 -5] , etc. It is very tricky,because "3" and "6"are independent parts. What's the reason? should add some clear codes between "3" and ''6''?
