Review --> Select SPM.mat file --> Look under the design matrix, it gives you a measure of estimability.

Then,

Design --> Design Orthogonality --> Look at the covariance matrix between all the columns

I know in FSL model specification, I can check a covariance matrix to see the correlation between each EV (i.e. to check if rank deficiency exists) from its GUI. This is to check if EVs are highly correlated with each other. I wander if I can do the same thing in SPM GUI, and how? Thanks.
