Hi to everyone! I’m new to SPM, so I’m trying to understand how things work, don’t be too cruel with me :P I’m trying to do a block design fMRI experiment (13s stimulation-13no) during which a volunteer watch a video. In the video, we have three parts: in the first one, we show people that run, in the second part, people that walk and in the third part, people that jump. So I’ve tried to analyze using 3 conditions and setting the contrast as: 1 0 0 run 0 1 0 walk 0 0 1 jump because I want to see the (we suppose) different areas activated by the different type of movement and then: 1 -1 -1 run more than walk and jump -1 1 -1 walk more than run and jump -1 -1 1 jump more than run and walk Could this be correct? In the first-level analysis I chose 3 conditions so that this is the design: What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your kind answer
