Don't know if anyone has replied privately to you yet but I also
have been wondering what the first two (voxels per cluster & expected number
of clusters) mean!
I can answer your third query, however; if you are reporting a two-sample
t-test then you don't actually need the first value in the degrees of freedom
box - that would be if you were conducting an ANOVA. It's basically the number
of levels -1, and since you are using a two-sample t-test this is just 2 - 1 =
1. The second value is the number of participants used -
reporting t test;
t(df)=value, p<.05, two-tailed..... where df = 'number of participants -
1' (= the '185' value in your example) and 'value' = insert t statistic for peak
voxel
reporting F test (ANOVA);
F(df1, df2)=value, p<.05....... where df1 = number of levels of your IV
-1, and df2 = number of participants - number of levels of your IV, for example
for a one-way ANOVA with 3 levels & 30 participants your df would be = (2,
27).
But if anyone else knows what the 'voxels per cluster' value means I'd be
very interested,
Thanks,
