An organisation I am part of is looking for contributions for a campaign re: diversity in STEM. We want to collate experiences and crowdsource suggestions to make STEM a more inclusive place. Here is the article http://progressivescience.org/Diverse.html and we would appreciate it if you could share widely with those involved in STEM or who have left at any stage.  We are looking to produce a report on both the state of diversity in STEM and individual experiences before recommending key changes and actions that can be campaigned for at a national and university level.
