All, I recall a thread around OH assessments being recorded, but not the detail. It has come to light that one of my OHA colleagues OH case management assessments has been recorded by the employee, unknown to her. This taped recording has allegedly been shared with a solicitor. My question ( on behalf of my colleague) is seeking to establish is this legally acceptable practice, and/or can this recording be shared with a third party ( solicitor) ?
