medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Of course, Bernard of Clairvaux's sermons on the S of S are without parallel for understanding the medieval exegesis of the text.

medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
I teach an undergraduate course on medieval theology. I would like to teach a class or two on the interpretation of the Songs of Songs in this class. If you teach on this subject matter, what text/s does you use? Is there an article or a chapter on the interpretation of the Song of Songs that would be good for undergraduates?

Thanks!

Steve
