In what way, John?  Birmingham have confirmed to the BBC and others that
they have 'paused' the book stock.

They are also claiming the sign for donations went up in a 'community'
library and that Birmingham do not directly run the community libraries but
will not explain to the BBC who does.  Aren't they all run by Birmingham?
