Hi Olivia,
That's interesting - I've just been getting that - so this server problem is a widespread thing!
I've copied in NICE Contactus to ask them - Is there a known server fault being worked on?
If not, letting you know there's definitely a connection to server problem, and it's not just one Trust.

Subject: embase thesaurus
Is anyone else getting extremely exasperated by thesaurus terms in embase and medline? I’ve had items showing up in thesaurus lists which I click on and then get told there isn’t a term to match
with and also things like the search below…. NICE- what is your response to this?
