Hi Mohammad It should be possible. If your GPU is driving graphics, then bedpostx_gpu won't work as is. In order to run it on the same card running graphics, I believe it requires some recompiling of libbedpost.so after editing the source code. Perhaps Dr. Hernandez can comment more on this?
