I wonder how the fsl-tools for applying B0 corrections deal with motion during the fMRI acquistion.

Given a B0 field, does "applytopup" also corrects for motion (within the time series) when applying B0 to an fMRI series? Or should

I use FEAT to do the job (unwarping and motion cor)?
