With a bit more experimentation, it looks like I can get away with using ONLY xfibres arguments or ONLY bedpostx arguments, but not both. Unfortunately, there appears to be no -g argument for gradient non-linearity correction for xfibres, and no --rician or --cnonlinear arguments for bedpostx. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! John Plass
