Hi there,

can you tell me which melodic version was affected by the temp concat bug in FSL 5.0.4?
I need to check if I have to rerun one particular analysis.
Thanks!
Cheers,
Andreas

Hi - that;s correct - the preprocessing should be fine.
Cheers

Dear FSL experts,

Because of a bug in the temporal concatenation mode of the FSL 5.0.4 version of Melodic it is recommended to re-run temporal concatenation analyses with a more recent FSL version. I used the 5.0.4 version of Melodic but only for preprocessing of the data (the filtered_func_data.nii.gz files were entered in a dual regression analysis but we did not use the IC’s that resulted from the Melodic ICA).

I assume that the 5.0.4 bug does not affect the Feat part of Melodic so I do not need to re-run Melodic with a different FSL version. Is this correct or is the .filelist in the .gica directory (containing the filtered_func_data.nii.gz files) affected as well?

Thanks in advance,

Frank
