Dear FSL,

I did Tbss analysis and got stats folder "tfce_corrp_tstat1.nii.gz", how to get the FA values from Atlas "JHU ICBM-DTI-81 White-Matter Labels" and to get ROI based FV value

I tried below commend
fslmaths JHU-ICBM-labels-1mm.nii.gz -thr 0.95 -bin significant_results_mask_1
fslmeants -i tbss_FA_ALL_tfce_corrp_tstat1.nii.gz -m significant_results_mask_1 -o significant_FA_forallmysubjects_1.txt

it gives list of all FV values, but could not understand which values represent what regions.

also i could not get ROI mask for DTI

Need your guidance to make it further process
