Dear FSL experts, I am running FDR on FEAT analysis in particular on Mixed Effect FLAME 1. In the guide http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FDR There is written to use tdof_t1 image for FLAME fixed-effects. Do I have to use tdof_t1 also for Mixed Effect FLAME 1 ?
