Damian What folder are yours stored in? At my last College we had an archive of them but our current install is relatively new and we are producing no archive at all. I found the path, but as you say, the files have been deleted, so I don't understand why Edexcel are asking me to re-send the test files. Seems they don't understand their own software! Then on the General tab is a data path. You or your IT need to follow this to find the files but beware they delete once they have uploaded. Not the outcome I wanted but we couldn't find the file and Edexcel wouldn't accept our evidence that the student had definitely attended the exam. Edexcel have asked me to send them the students' test files via Secure File Transfer, but we're having trouble locating them and despite 3 phone calls and 2 emails, they're unable to assist me. They did say there should be a folder, possible under c:\ called Shared Folder or ESM_Test_Centre, but neither myself or our IT team can find it. Can anyone offer any advice?
