Hi Rachel, Thanks for the response. I've managed to produce 'Evidence of Attendance' certificates from CatGlobal to prove the students sat and it's very unsatisfactory that Edexcel can't provide the proper advice as to where the files will be. I don't think the students will be too happy to re-sit and I know some of them need the qual for university entrance from their Access course. Not the outcome I wanted but we couldn't find the file and Edexcel wouldn't accept our evidence that the student had definitely attended the exam. Edexcel have asked me to send them the students' test files via Secure File Transfer, but we're having trouble locating them and despite 3 phone calls and 2 emails, they're unable to assist me. They did say there should be a folder, possible under c:\ called Shared Folder or ESM_Test_Centre, but neither myself or our IT team can find it. Can anyone offer any advice?
