The Department of Modern Languages invites applications for an assistant professor, tenure-track position in Russian Studies beginning in August 2016.
QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidates must have an earned Ph.D., demonstrated excellence in interdisciplinary research and teaching, and expertise in one or more of the following areas: technology-enhanced learning,
learning sciences, digital humanities, language assessment, translation studies, literary and cultural studies, global studies, transnational studies. Candidates should have advanced-level proficiency in Russian, interest in teaching a full range of courses
in the curriculum, and experience in culture-driven, content-based, communicatively-oriented instruction. Teaching load is 2+2.
