I would like to nominate two of my colleagues and good friends  Jonothan Neelands and Rachel Dickinson both are currently at the University of Warwick. 

Professor Jonothan Neelands PhD, DSc is a National Teaching Fellow, Professor of Creative Education at the Warwick Business School (WBS) and Chair of Drama and Theatre Education at the University of Warwick. As Associate Dean for Creativity in WBS, he is working with colleagues to develop a range of creative infusions and interventions both into the curriculum and the extra-curricular life of the School. He is interested in developing a future oriented and problem based pedagogy for business education and training with an emphasis on ethical and inclusive models of leadership.

Rachel  is Assistant Dean for the UG programme and Academic Programme Director for Shakespeare for Teachers, which includes a suite of flexible modules leading towards an MA in the Advanced Teaching of Shakespeare. She is also the NIE and Module Leader for 'Images of Creativity' (WBS) for UG Year 2 students across the university.She has a particular interests in developing new e-learning dialogic pedagogies and researching the on-line student experience. She currently using critical incident analysis as a method of developing peer engagement to support individual progress and improvement in teaching and learning.
