Dear all,
This is to inform you that Anthropozoologica has now an
Impact Factor. It is small (0.136), but this is only the beginning.
Established in 1984, Anthropozoologica is a semi-annually
peer-reviewed journal which aims to stimulate exchanges of research
results and ideas among scientists studying the relationship between
man and animal, from the origins up to modern times. It aims to
promote the study of these relationships viewed as strong
expressions of the history of cultures and societies in their
natural environments. Papers of archaeozoology are welcome, provided
they address bigger questions, which can be of interest for the
other disciplines aiming to contribute to the study of the
relationships between humans and animals (pure archaeozoological
reports are however not accepted). Anthropozoologica
publishes original articles, in French and English, from all
disciplines dealing with this topic, particularly multidisciplinary
reviews, as well as book reviews.
Anthropozoologica is in open access at:
http://sciencepress.mnhn.fr/en/periodiques/anthropozoologica
Anthropozoologica is also distributed electronically by
BioOne® (http://www.bioone.org),
which provides its archiving in Portico
and LOCKSS.
All the best,
--
