Hello all,

I will be doing a walk and jam making workshop in Stoke Newington on 8th August 2015. Details below. Hope to see some of you there.

Clare

Would you like to learn about (and find) edible plants, fruits and berries, and transform them into jams, jellies and chutneys? Join us for a foraging walk through Stoke Newington, followed by a jam making workshop at the Made in Hackney community kitchen. Led by artist Clare Qualmann, and sustainable food expert Charlotte Jarman, the walk will begin in Clissold Park, picking elderberries, sloes, blackberries, medlars and apples, before moving through Stoke Newington, across Abney Park Cemetary, to the Made in Hackney kitchen where we will transform our findings into jams, jellies and chutneys.

No previous jam making experience is necessary!
