Dear Frederic, if your 1st-level batch includes both spatial processing and statistics, you will have a dependency for the realignment parameter .txt file available. Use this and everything should work correctly. If your statistics batch is separate, then do a "Clear Value" on the "Multiple regressors" option. The input should be entered as a filename (i.e. cell string in a script). In "Run batch jobs", you should select a file type of ".mat" or "any". Note that the inputs have to be arranged in the same order as in the batch. Hope this helps, Volkmar
