Dear SPMers, I perform two sample t test using SPM. In the result table (attached), there are some items that I do not know what they mean. 1. Expect voxels per cluster, <k> = 91.906, could I use this value for the extent threshold? 2. Expect number of clusters, <c> = 0.19, why the number of clusters is just 0.19? Is not an integer? 3. Degrees of freedom = [1, 185]; what is the first value '1' mean? I think 185 is the dof of my statistical model. Thanks in advance! Best, Feng
