Dear SPM users,

 I would like to run a VBM  Repeated Measures ANOVA with group as between subject factor in SPM8. There are two time points for each subject. In order to create the DARTEL Template, should I include the scans of time point 1 and time point 2 for each subject, or is it better to create two DARTEL Templates separately (one for time point 1 and one for time point 2)?
