Dear SPM users, I have fMRI data for few subjects and am performing ROI analysis on each subject's data individually using SPM8. I have created few masks of my regions of interest and then I am trying to extract time-series voxel-wise. For few subjects and few masks the program is not giving me the option to put "extent threshold[voxels]" value due to which I get no output. Can someone tell me why is this happening? Thanks, Mohit
