The University of Hull is advertising an exciting new post of Academic Advisor, located in the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team within the Learning Enhancement and Academic Practice (LEAP) Directorate, that may be of interest to you and other colleagues.

 

The post holder will play an important role in supporting staff at the Faculty, programme and individual level in the use of technology to enhance teaching and student learning. The role requires a good knowledge of the pedagogical principles underpinning academic practice within higher education settings and how technology can be used to support these principles to enhance student learning. The post involves providing expert advice, guidance, consultancy and support to enable academic staff meet the University of Hull's ambitious Curriculum 2016+ Change programme, in particular implementation of the outcome of a review of the University’s VLE to move to the Canvas platform, introduction of lecture capture technology and the Virtual Campus project.

 

Salary £39,685 - £45,954
