Hi Paul,
Please send us the comments/amendments you need in tracked changes in the document as requested – we can then pass them back to our legal team for approval – if there are any issues we can put your legal team
directly in touch with ours to thrash it out.
Thanks, Rachael.

Hi Paul,
We went through a long process of amending the contract and batting it between the BL and our legal team who had a number of comments.
The BL DataCite people were extremely helpful and pretty flexible.
Best wishes
Sally

Hi All,
We’re about to sign up to DataCite, and our legal department has reservations about certain aspects of the contract wording. I’d be interested to know if everyone who’s signed up has agreed to the wording as presented,
or whether you’ve have requested amendments, and what the responses were?
On or off list, thoughts welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Paul
