This ten month post is to provide replacement teaching and 
administrative cover for Dr Bruce Bennett who has been awarded 
aLeverhulme Trust Research Fellowship for the Academic year 2015-16.

You will teach across the Film degree programmes.  You will carry out 
teaching and research, significantly contributing to the Undergraduate 
and MA programmes and to LICA's activities more broadly. You will be 
expected to teach in the areas of Hollywood cinema, Film History, World 
cinema, Film Theory, Critical Theory, and Cultural Studies. Experience 
of video production would be welcome, but is not essential.

You should have an emerging publication record and teaching experience 
at undergraduate level. You should have a completed PhD by appointment 
date, or within 12 months of appointment, in Film Studies or a related 
discipline. You will contribute actively to the life of the Department, 
enjoy working as part of a team, and possess the ability to adapt to the 
demands of working in an intensive and exciting interdisciplinary 
environment.
