Hello, I have recently started playing a role in helping our Learning Support team to obtain core texts on reading lists in alternative formats for students with disabilities, e.g. visual impairment. I have been liaising with publishers and using the Load2Learn service to obtain titles and have had some successes so far. I am now at the point where I am ready to begin issuing these electronic files to students. I would like to ask the students to sign a document agreeing that they will not share or reproduce the document or upload it to a website etc. Do any other librarians in this sort of role have any experience of creating such documents? I haven't got a legal background and I would be very grateful for any advice you can offer as to what I should include in the agreement and, of course, with permission I would be happy to share any responses with the list. Many thanks and kind regards, Robert -- Robert Cunningham Faculty Librarian Education (BA Primary Teaching with QTS, CPD, Postgraduate Taught, Postgraduate Research) The Sheppard-Worlock Library Liverpool Hope University Hope Park Liverpool L16 9JD Tel: 0151 291 2079 E-mail: [log in to unmask] Library website <http://www.hope.ac.uk/gateway/library> / Facebook <http://www.facebook.com/hopelibrary> / email <[log in to unmask]> / Twitter <https://twitter.com/Hope_Library> Library Services are very interested in your feedback on our facilities and services and any suggestions you may have for improvements.
