Hello,

I have recently started playing a role in helping our Learning Support team
to obtain core texts on reading lists in alternative formats for students
with disabilities, e.g. visual impairment. I have been liaising with
publishers and using the Load2Learn service to obtain titles and have had
some successes so far. I am now at the point where I am ready to begin
issuing these electronic files to students.

I would like to ask the students to sign a document agreeing that they will
not share or reproduce the document or upload it to a website etc. Do any
other librarians in this sort of role have any experience of creating such
documents? I haven't got a legal background and I would be very grateful
for any advice you can offer as to what I should include in the agreement
and, of course, with permission I would be happy to share any responses
with the list.

Many thanks and kind regards,

Robert
