I'm getting in but it says University Of West London at the top. We are reporting this.

Hi Helen,

That's how Wiley Online library has always behaved: after signing in via the Institutional login the user ends up on the homepage. It's a poor design. The link should build in a return URL, eg:
https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/shibboleth/wayfless?eid=https://youridp.ac.uk/entity&page=http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/book/10.1002/0470025077/toc

Kind regards,

Hi,

Is anyone aware of any problems with accessing the Wiley Online Library via Shibboleth at the moment? We've had a report from a student who is trying to login via Shibboleth from off-campus but he is being looped back to the Wiley home page as if he hasn't logged in and doesn't have access to our subscribed content. I have been able to access the Handbook of Paper and Board via IP address authentication. Just thought I'd check whether it is a general problem before I ask our IT department to investigate further.

Thank you.

Helen
