Buccleuch is the umbrella organisation for the business interests of the Duke and Duchess of Buccleuch and spans a range of businesses from commercial property and farming, to energy and visitor attractions. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Bowhill Estate as a GIS Technician to assist with the development of our Estate mapping system, help inform decision making, and support the efficient running of our four Estates. • Do you have a good understanding of the principles of digital mapping? • Are you interested in working with large volumes of complex information? • Can you demonstrate strong computer literacy skills, particularly in MS Excel and Access? Knowledge of the principles of database administration and development will be an advantage. A driving licence and access to your own transport is essential. Interested?
