In case anyone else is interested in Lask's play, the answer is that it is available in the GDR anthology 1525. Dramen zum deutschen Bauernkrieg (Aufbau-Verlag, 1975; mit einem Nachwort von Walter Dietze), pp. 309-358. The original 1925 edition is hard to come by, but there is one available at Marbach.
