Dear all, As anyone found a way (since the last post dated 2010) to compile FSL for parallelization using OpenMP or MPI ? I’ve been running FSL on my MAC laptop (FEAT mainly), but would like to take advantage of a supercomputing platform capability we have at Queen's. I'm looking into speeding things up, if the option is easily available ! Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Best regards, Clarisse
