Hi Christophe,
the ICA-based automatic denoising tool is FIX (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FIX). It’s not included in FSL yet, so you have to download and install it.
For manual identification/removal of artefacts after single subject ICA you can use the FSL command fsl_regfilt instead (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/MELODIC#fsl_regfilt_command-line_program)
