Sure. Also, I see you're using alpha53. Please, update to the newest version (alpha56) as that contains a few improvements (and a fix) in the calculation of TFCE, which you're using.
Consider using a tiny number of permutations first (say, 10 or 20) just to make sure there won't be some unexpected issue at the time the files are saved (there shouldn't be, but better be sure given it'll take a while to run).
