Dear FSL experts, For seed-based connectivity analysis, I would like to extract time-series from a set of seed voxels or noise ROI (CSF, WM). Is there much difference between extracting time-series in different spaces (functional space vs. standard space)? My guess is that the extraction in functional space is slightly preferable, as it is the 'native' space. Nevertheless, several masks are pre-defined in the standard space and it might be hard to transform these into the functional space. Thank you,
