Dear all, I'm registering a *source* image to a *reference* image with FLIRT and so I obtain an *output* image with the reference's FOV and voxel resolution. I want to have the *output* image in the *source* resolution and FOV, and continuing being corregistered to the *reference*. How could I do it? I tried with flirt -in output -ref source -applyxfm -init identity_matrix -out image_resliced, but the FOV is very different and the image_resliced appears cut.
